7-day unconditional guarantee
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days after your reading becomes available. No reason required. You can also request it before delivery.
Your guarantee
Nox Tarot’s commercial guarantee covers the reading and extras purchased in the order. You can request a full refund for any reason, without explanation, from purchase until 7 calendar days after the content becomes available. The personalized or digital nature of the reading does not prevent you from using this guarantee.
How to request
Email contato@noxtarot.com from the address used for the purchase and include the order number if you have it. We do not require proof of dissatisfaction. A human support agent locates your purchase and acknowledges your request by email.
Returning your payment
Refunds are made to the original payment method where technically available. We send confirmation by email. The time for the credit to appear depends on your financial institution or payment provider. We never request a password, security code or authentication code to process a refund.
Delay, failure or duplicate charge
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. You do not need to wait 7 business days or prove a technical failure to use the guarantee. Duplicate charges and undelivered content are also handled by support.
Consumer rights
This commercial guarantee is additional to your applicable legal rights. It does not limit more favorable withdrawal periods, remedies for faults or refunds required by law. Requests concerning statutory rights are still considered after the commercial guarantee period.
